Patong Swiss Hotel Beach Front - Phuket

The room with a sea view from the private balcony was absolutely breathtaking. It made me feel like I was in paradise, waking up to the sound of waves crashing and enjoying the magnificent view. As someone who loves nature, this was the perfect room for me.

Personally, I found the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom to be a bit underwhelming. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others might still find them enjoyable.

We are not really like of this hotel, but the locations is good since it's close to the restaurants.

The building is not good. It's old buildings.

This hotel was a great value for the price we paid. It offered basic amenities and everything in the room worked properly, making our stay hassle-free. The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is just a minute's walk to the beautiful beach. Being so close to the beach, we were able to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea without any inconvenience. The staff at this hotel were incredibly polite and friendly. They provided us with room service daily and ensured that our room was kept clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided regularly. Their attention to detail was commendable. The hotel rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We had a comfortable and convenient stay, with everything we needed at our disposal.

All was well during our stay at this hotel.

The only thing appealed us about the hotel was its location opposite the beach.

The staff which knew only little english, not even basic sentences. The scenario was totally different about the hotel when we landed there from what it was shown on internet. Rest people please think before choosing this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located for beach lovers being right across the road from the beach with some rooms offering a clear view of the sea. the location is also great for those who want to be in the center of everything. Guests were impressed with the amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and hot water that all functioned well. the pool was clean and provided a lovely view of the sea.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms were small and lacked certain facilities such as safety deposit boxes, while others had issues with the slipperiness of the flooring around the pool.

Only hotel location is quite good in front of beach, but very far from night life.

The hotel was at good location, but after request also they provide a very bad location room, the entry to the room was from a gallery of 2.5 feet only, where we have to squeeze to get in, the room was really small, and the bathroom was giving odor smell. Forget about any TV Channel, only local few channels were coming. The credit card machine was not working - 3 cards not accepted and 4th one was accepted. The receptionist only know Thai language, no one was knowing English, very difficult to communicate. No waiters no service to room, for every thing we have to visit reception. Breakfast was included in room but was refused and was not served. Looking like they have given us the room free of charge..., One important thing is that while booking the hotel is pre authorised for payment then why they ask for payment again it should be automaticly deducted from our same card. Like we did bookings for Singapore from Yatra.com, we dont have to do any thing there. it was already deducted from our account.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty good breakfast. The hotel is what you expect at this sort of price range in this location.

The bathroom was not ventilated and the sink was cracked, there was thick dirt in some corners.

First of all, the hotel was super close to the beach, like just a hop, skip, and a jump away. We spent most of our time there, catching some waves and soaking up the sun. And when we wanted a break from the sand, there was a sick cable TV with all the cool channels, so we never got bored. Plus, they had this epic playground and kid's club where we could let loose and have a blast. It was like a never-ending party!

The only thing that could have been better was if the hotel had more fun activities for us young party-goers. Don't get me wrong, the beach and the cable TV were awesome, but it would have been even cooler if there were some organized parties or events at the hotel.

Perfect Location: This hotel is in an ideal position, just steps away from the beautiful beach. You can easily enjoy the sand and sea without having to walk far. Friendly Staff: The hotel staff made my stay even more enjoyable with their warm and welcoming attitude. They were always ready to assist and provide helpful information. Value for Money: Considering the price I paid, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms, though on the smaller side, were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Convenient Amenities: The hotel provided all the basic amenities needed, including fresh bottled water in the rooms. The presence of an elevator on the lower floors made accessing the rooms hassle-free.

loved the beachfront hotel in phuket, so relaxing. great view and close to everything. staff was friendly and room was clean. overall, exceeded my expectations for a summer holiday.

the location is amazing , it is near to every intresting place in patong beach area. To go to the beach all u have to do is to cross the road ...very good location. the hotel is very simple and clean.

Our second stay here - The staff were very helpful & the breakfast is much better in high season than low season.rooms were clean and very relaxed atmosphere, great location as close to the beach but away from the crowds.

No water for first day / night, after travelling you want to shower and brush your teeth, but we had to purchase bottled water to wash in,as no other solution was offered, when we questioned it was just stated water pipe kaput!

Spent Easter weekend in a hotel that was a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed two free welcome drinks upon check-in and a complimentary breakfast buffet, which was a great start to the day. The hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants and shops, and was just a short walk from the beach. The air conditioning made the room comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom was a bit small and cramped, but it wasn't a big deal. The only other negative was that the pool area was a bit crowded at times, but that's to be expected during a busy holiday weekend.
